About the Role

The MuleSoft Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. This individual will be accountable for project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure, applying established project management standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 12-15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and integration technologies, such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
