Job Title: Senior Procurement Operations Specialist

  • This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced procurement professional who wants to take their career to the next level.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procure-to-pay process from start to finish. This includes planning inventory, creating purchase orders, shipping goods, verifying documents, updating inventory levels, generating labels, and processing receipts for payment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the procure-to-pay process to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Plan and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
