Job Summary:
The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supporting IT procurement operations, facilitating project approvals, and ensuring adherence to Group Procurement Policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IT procurement operations by coordinating project approvals and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process procurement requests and invoices for the IT department, with a focus on continuous improvement of processing work.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal clients globally to facilitate IT procurement operations.
- Work closely with the team to provide procurement services to stakeholders within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a procurement specialist or similar position within the Procure-to-Pay function.
- Solid knowledge of IT industry procurements, including hardware, software, services, and telecom.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
