Job Opening: Lead Procurement Transition Projects.

Location: Bangalore, India.
Experience: 6–8 years in procurement or supply chain management.
We're seeking a seasoned procurement transition specialist to lead end-to-end procurement transition projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement transitions from initiation through execution.
- Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, IT, operations, and external vendors.
- Ensure procurement compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Report on budgets, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred).
- 6–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management.
- Proven track record of transition and vendor management experience.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
