  7. Support onboarding of technical team members into ongoing projects.
  8. Continuously refine resource management processes for efficiency and scalability.
  9. Track project progress and proactively flag potential resource-related risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to forecast, plan, and optimize technical resource allocation.
