About the Role:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Scrum Master professional to lead our Agile teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coaching roles, with certifications like PSM1 and PSM2 being a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Scaled Scum is essential.
  • You should be able to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and foster an open-minded team culture.
  • A strong focus on DevOps, beyond frameworks and processes, is also necessary.
  • Experience with Agile & DevOps tools and practices, as well as understanding of the payments industry, is highly advantageous.

  4. Promote Agile values and principles

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree required
  • 10-15 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coaching roles
  • At least 4+ years of experience in dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
  • Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with PSM2 or similar qualification
  • Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and Scaled Scum
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Proactive and autonomous working style with focus on continuous improvement
  • Open-minded personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and skilled at working in multi-site, multi-technology environment
  • Experience with Agile & DevOps tools and practices, and understanding of payments industry is advantageous
