**Job Title:** Compliance Officer

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we adhere to all regulatory requirements. Your expertise and skills will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory submissions are uploaded periodically in the IRDA portal after obtaining concurrence from relevant stakeholders.
  • Be aware of the process of submission of regulations which include new business submissions, schedules submissions, SP submissions, complaints submissions, financial statements submissions, compliance certificate as applicable and submit the same to the regulator within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain registers by tracking, aligning, ensuring and coordinating with respective business units, BIU teams to maintain regulatory registers in an appropriate format and submit to IRDAI.
  • Communicate effectively with regulators as per regulations - All communications including branch opened & closed data, directorship change, regulatory charges levied etc. will be notified.
  • Update IIB Envoy Portal by uploading, tracking and reviewing salespersons, SP details periodically.
  • Renew licenses on time such as CA/ISNP/Envoy license renewal – We will ensure all applicable licenses are availed, procured and renewed within applicable timelines as per guidelines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on licensing applicability, repository maintenance.
  • Issue NOC for exited SP’s and detag PAN from IRDA & Envoy along with record keeping.
  • Apply for telemarketing license as per guidelines and submit regulatory data to IRDAI as per stipulated guidelines.
  • Keep track of various licenses such as Renewal of IRDAI CA license, PO, ISNP, Envoy, any other licenses will be kept in track and renewed along with PO & relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain regulatory checklist completely along with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reconciliation sign off every month with finance, product teams & insurers for reconciliation tracking.
  • Track agreements of insurers, SLA's of insurers, Commission structure of insurers.
  • Manage grievances from grievance team, insurers and coordinate resolution with insurers, business, product and branch team. Maintain grievance register as per regulatory requirement.
  • Provide Audit Checklist & Coordinate with functional audit team and track audit resolution for branches.
  • Check AML compliance and provide checklist to compliance team of MFL and coordinate & track AML cases with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Track litigation insurance cases, open cases, update regulator as needed.
  • Perform any other activity as delegated by management & supervisor from time to time.

**Experience:** 4-8 years in a similar domain is preferred but not necessary.
