Regulatory Strategy and Policy Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in defining Bharti Airtel's regulatory strategy, requiring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of policy frameworks.

As the lead strategist, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and articulate policy positions that drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, possessing excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to create compelling arguments in technical and non-technical language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic policy initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Monitor regulatory trends and analyze market competition to provide strategic updates.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support senior leadership in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in policy, research, or a related strategic function.
  • Strong understanding of India's telecom and data policy landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
