Job Title

Senior Food Regulatory Manager

A highly experienced Senior Food Regulatory Manager is required to lead the team in managing domestic and international food regulations.

This role entails staying up-to-date with the latest regulatory updates and changes across multiple markets, including EU, US, UK, GCC, Canada, APAC, SE Asia, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and analysing global regulatory updates to provide actionable implications for food businesses.
  • Providing in-depth understanding of national and international food laws regarding additives, ingredients, nutrition information, metrology nuances, front-of-pack labelling, and advertising claims.
  • Digitising regulatory frameworks into our SaaS platform.
  • Leading thought leadership in nutraceuticals, health supplements, and functional foods.
  • Collaborating with product, technology, and client teams to strengthen digital regulatory solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years' experience in food science, nutrition, or regulatory affairs, with a focus on international food export regulations.
  • Strong working knowledge of labelling standards, claims regulations, and compliance requirements in key global markets.
  • Proven ability to track and analyse regulatory changes, advisories, and amendments.
  • Familiarity with nutraceuticals and health supplement regulations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with industry, clients, and regulators.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills to support digitisation of regulatory processes.
  • Industry understanding of trade policies, export compliance challenges, and regulatory impact on food businesses.
