About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Maier+Vidorno. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment mandates from mid to senior level positions across various industries including Engineering, Automotive, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, to ensure timely and high-quality results.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a range of strategies to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements and fit company culture.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of recruitment executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-10 years of full-time experience in recruitment, preferably with experience handling clients, leading processes, and managing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working within the Engineering, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries, with a deep understanding of the sectors' specific recruitment challenges.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
