Job Title: Configuration Specialist

 

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to support system program leaders with system configurations and functionality for global, web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system assistance (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and collaborate with them to resolve the issues, as well as the software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform various system administration tasks, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to verify configurations work as expected.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Contribute to the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assist in the creation of training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Passionate about their work and dedicated to helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and investigating to identify root causes.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.

Duration: 6 months.

This remote job opportunity allows candidates to work from anywhere, provided they are nearshore or offshore and possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
