Role Overview

This is a key leadership position responsible for the operational delivery of all reward activities. The successful candidate will ensure that governance, accuracy, and compliance are maintained in day-to-day processes while driving continuous improvement and automation through systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational delivery of reward processes including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.
  • Provide escalation support for BAU queries with analysts and retail incentive specialists handling stage 1 resolutions.
  • Oversee cyclical reward activities such as total gross benefit statement and annual compensation review to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
  • Partner with payroll teams globally to guarantee accurate and compliant benefit processes and act as managerial backup for UK benefits governance.
  • Coach and develop reward analysts to enhance team capabilities and resilience.
  • Manage ad-hoc reward projects ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across markets.
  • Maintain strict adherence to legal, tax, and data protection requirements in reward operations.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within complex, multi-country organizations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing analysts/specialists.
  • Advanced Workday capabilities (reporting, compensation modules) are desirable.
  • Ability to manage cyclical reward processes under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modeling capability.
  • Effective communicator able to influence at senior levels and manage escalations.
