Quality Assurance Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling QMS activities such as Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviations, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations.

  2. Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Equipment Operating Procedures (EOPs), Cleaning Validation Reports (CVR), and production-related documents.

  3. Reviewing batch reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and investigate batch failures.

  4. Preparing Action Item Lists (AIM) and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRA) registers.

  5. Conducting Hazard Operability Studies (HAZOP).

  6. Closely coordinating with the Quality Assurance team for validation, qualification, and audit preparedness.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in quality management and automation systems.

  • BSc or MSc degree.

  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
