Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Curriculum Developers and Instructors. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. They will also manage a large pool of adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical and hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate people in an online setting.
