Key Responsibilities for Senior Manager Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user accounts and permissions, training trainers on LMS tools, and uploading, organizing, and maintaining digital learning content within the LMS.

The primary duties include preparation and curation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing and updating training content repositories, creating byte-sized learning modules, and analyzing, updating, and refining existing online content.

  • Administer all activities on LMS
  • Manage LMS user accounts and permissions
  • Train trainers on LMS tools
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within LMS
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content
  • Create and manage learning dashboards
  • Prepare and curate SOPs for each department
  • Manage and update training content repository
  • Manage content creation of e-learning modules through external vendors
  • Create byte-sized learning modules for new topics

Requirements include excellent written and verbal communication and analytical/logical skills, vendor management and interpersonal skills, presentation skills, being an active learner, effective communicator, collaborator, creative problem-solver, and solution-focused.
