About this Role
Job DescriptionThe Service Catalog Lead plays a pivotal role in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team, responsible for designing, governing, and maintaining the enterprise service catalog.
This position requires strong attention to detail, effective coordination with stakeholders, and a mindset that fosters continuous improvement to evolve the catalog based on changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce enterprise-wide standards and templates for service definitions, catalog entries, and SLAs to ensure consistent quality, alignment, and usability of service information across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits of the service catalog to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and consistency across functions, enabling informed decision making, operational efficiency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Promote collaboration with functional teams to gather service information and validate catalog content against standards, ensuring services are accurately represented, up-to-date, and aligned with business capabilities.
- Oversee the integration of the service catalog across the common user experience layer to provide a seamless user experience that drives adoption and satisfaction among stakeholders.
- Support updates and enhancements to catalog structures in partnership with platform owners to ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders to facilitate service catalog reviews, ensuring service offering alignment and accountability.
- Identify opportunities to enhance catalog usability and recommend targeted enhancements to optimize user experience, drive adoption, and ensure the catalog effectively supports business operations.
- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.
