Job Title: Executive - Product Operations

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will play a crucial part in supporting day-to-day product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for ensuring all product-related project needs are met and tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
