Product Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Specialist to join our team. As a Product Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products and ensuring that every design decision adds value to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Design wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes, and final high-fidelity visuals for our mobile application.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs iteratively.
  • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Ensure all designs meet UX/UI best practices, are user-friendly, and align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually improving your design skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
  • Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of user personas.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal guidance.
