Business Development Manager Job Description
">About the Role">This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to support our partner acquisition and expansion efforts. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with the Partnership Sales Manager and contribute to identifying, acquiring, and onboarding high-value partners including enterprise clients, ISVs, resellers, and affiliates.
">Key Responsibilities">- Identify and Qualify Potential Partners: Research and qualify potential partners who can help us grow our business. This includes evaluating their fit with our company's values and goals.">
- Conduct Product Pitches and Demos: Develop and deliver compelling product pitches and demos to showcase the value of our solutions to potential partners.">
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of partnership deals.">
- Coordinate Onboarding for New Partners: Ensure a smooth transition into our ecosystem by coordinating onboarding for new partners.">
- Maintain an Active Pipeline: Use CRM tools to maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of potential partnerships.">
- Track Deal Stages and Forecast Opportunities: Regularly track deal stages and forecast opportunities to support reporting for leadership.">
- Assist in Creating Sales Collateral: Help create decks, proposals, and sales collateral to support partner conversations.">
- Provide Timely Follow-Ups: Deliver timely follow-ups, demos, and clarifications during the partner acquisition process.">
- Liaise with Customer Success and Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the customer success, product, and marketing teams to deliver a unified partner experience.">
- Gather and Share Partner Feedback: Collect and share feedback from partners to inform product and operational improvements.
