Senior Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

- Own end-to-end responsibility for execution of power evacuation systems, including substations (AIS/GIS), bays, and transmission lines up to 220 kV and above.
- Review and finalize scope, design interfaces, and execution strategy in alignment with engineering, procurement, and project planning teams.
- Prepare detailed execution plans (L1 to L3 schedules), aligning with project timelines, resource availability, and risk assessment.
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- ~15+ years of experience in power evacuation for renewable/utility-scale projects
- ~ Proven track record of delivering projects of 200+ MW capacity including evacuation infrastructure
- ~ Familiarity with Indian grid codes, CEA/CERC guidelines, and site safety practices
- Strong command over AIS/GIS substation and transmission line construction methodologies
- Expert in project commissioning protocols, grid compliance testing, and performance validation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage challenging timelines and concurrent project responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in dealing with OEMs for GIS, protection relays, SCADA, and substation automation systems
- Prior experience in executing 132/220 kV substations and 100+ km transmission line projects
