Job Overview:

TerraPay's continued innovation and scaling require a structured approach to activate new products and enhancements. We seek a Product Readiness Manager to lead the internal readiness of products before market launch.

This role coordinates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure foundational elements are aligned and in progress before external rollout begins.

The successful candidate will help institutionalise a repeatable internal readiness process, bringing transparency and consistency to product preparation while maintaining agility and responsiveness as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Readiness Framework: Define and maintain a structured framework to guide product readiness, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity on ownership and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Engineering, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Pricing, Analytics, Customer Success, and relevant functions to identify pre-launch dependencies and track progress.
  • Process and Documentation Coordination: Ensure all required documentation is identified, coordinated, and progressed across internal owners, including SOPs, exception handling flows, pricing models, onboarding procedures, legal templates, and compliance approvals.
  • Readiness Milestone Tracking: Maintain visibility on readiness progress using trackers, dashboards, or readiness scorecards, communicating regular status updates and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Handoff to Commercialisation: Collaborate closely with Commercialisation colleagues to ensure smooth transition once internal readiness reaches a defined threshold.
  • Post-Readiness Learning & Optimization: Conduct post-launch retrospectives to assess the readiness process, iterating and refining the model based on lessons learned to improve speed and scalability.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of internal go-to-market dependencies, especially across legal, compliance, operations, technology, and product.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale coordination efforts without direct authority or formal ownership.
  • Highly structured and organised with excellent program management and execution skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can operate at both working team and leadership levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a balance of structure and flexibility.
  • A strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Keen ability to prioritise, adapt, and manage multiple projects at the same time.
