About this Internship

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our B2B SaaS software team as a Product Management Intern. As a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration platform, we empower IT and security teams to streamline access management, automate access reviews, and ensure compliance readiness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with customer-facing teams to understand market needs, use cases, and customer pain points, driving customer adoption and growth.
  2. Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities, scope out product requirements, and create collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  3. Support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes, elevating customer experience with Product Design.
  4. C coordinate with QA teams for testing and releasing product features.
  5. Analyse post-launch product performance and adoption, iterating to improve product experience and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones, effectively communicating them to stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and Agile Scrum framework expertise.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
