Job Title: Business Development Associate

The Role of a Business Development Associate plays a pivotal part in supporting the Sales team by identifying and engaging potential business leads through data-driven prospecting. This position ensures alignment with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize Sales Navigator and other tools to research and connect with potential clients in the logistics industry.
  2. Maintain an accurate database of qualified leads with up-to-date contact information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales team to align prospecting strategies with company objectives.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the US logistics space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly reports on prospecting activities and lead generation metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support; freshers with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during US night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
