Senior Information Technology Leader

We seek a seasoned IT professional to spearhead the planning, implementation, and management of company-wide IT infrastructure. This includes setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategically planning and implementing IT infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Leading and executing complete IT setup for new office locations, including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and procurement of IT assets.
  • Providing level 1 & 2 support to internal users, managing tickets, and ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, firewalls, switches) to ensure secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Collaborating with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Ensuring cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Managing installation, configuration, and updates of business software, monitoring license usage and renewals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).
