Key Responsibilities

The Multi Property Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple properties.

  • Manages marketing communications activities, including annual communication plans, working plans, and progress tracking.
  • Develops and maintains a master slide/photo/CD library for all communications.
  • Supervises in-house art department operations and monitors competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel and responds to media requests within 24 hours.
  • Manages media contacts, builds relationships with key media, and prepares and distributes press releases.
  • Collaborates with corporate press offices to develop story angles and involved in community, government relations, and VIP handling.
  • Secures and directs hotel-sponsored events, creates press promotional activities, and organizes press events/trips.
  • Maintains up-to-date press kits and ensures a consistent image across direct marketing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field with 2 years of experience.
