NetBramha Studios is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support various HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our human resources department. Key responsibilities include HR administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

### Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Orient new hires to the organization, take care of new hire paperwork and logistics, schedule one-on-one meetings to discuss company policies, and serve as the point person for all new employees' inquiries.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, collect employment and tax information, and complete exit interviews and termination documentation.
  • Benefits administration: Manage compensation and benefit documentation, process payroll tasks, resolve payroll errors, and answer payroll inquiries.
  • Compliance: Work with line managers and employees to process compliance service requests, maintain compliance records, and ensure tracking tools are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Performance management: Prepare and manage employee actions and other official documents related to performance improvement, reassignment, suspension, resignation, retirement, and employee exits.
  • Employee relations: Handle employee complaints and grievances, receive incident reports, work with the company's legal department, and track and keep the company's offense record.
