As a key player in our global transportation network, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating effectively with drivers and fleets to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining high service standards at all times, consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Confirming the completion of rides and applying changes to the system as needed.
  • Documenting interactions, noting issues and solutions, and following up as necessary within our CRM system.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Suppliers, Operations, Sales, and external stakeholders.
  • Providing exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in the Tourism & Travel sector or Ground Transportation industry (preferable).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer support representative or in a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Able to accommodate a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
