Senior Financial Administrator

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting records in the North India region.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions including donations, staff reimbursements, and operational expenses.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
- Track and report on staff reimbursements and expense claims in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of all financial transactions in an organized and accessible manner.
- Liaise with Prayer Tower Managers, staff, and regional teams to clarify reimbursements, expenses, and financial queries.
- Assist internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
- Support preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor fund utilization and ensure proper allocation of expenses.
- Report any variances, risks, or irregularities to the Finance Manager/Controller.
Requirements include proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, strong knowledge of financial principles, auditing, and reporting standards. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills are also required.
A suitable candidate should have fluency in Hindi and English.
