Job Opportunity: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to assume the role of financial manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

The position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.
    • Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
    • Assist audits and support the company's compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records, ensuring documents are accessible and organized.
    • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors, ensuring effective communication.
    • Manage conference meetings and coordinate events.
    • Assist with employee queries, maintain records of leave and attendance, and support HR functions as required.
    • Provide administrative support to the senior management team and assist in other duties as assigned.
