Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving targeted marketing campaigns toward senior executives across Global 2000 companies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Targeting: Identify and map key decision-makers across HR, IT, and Procurement, researching workforce-related pain points and building tailored business cases.
  • Executive Outreach: Run multi-channel campaigns targeting senior leadership with compelling messaging on AI-driven workforce transformation.
  • Platform Evangelism: Position our platform against legacy HR systems, communicating complex AI capabilities in clear, business-focused language.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to craft account-specific strategies, demos, and ROI narratives.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Track and report on account engagement, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness, optimizing tactics based on market response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of B2B experience in ABM, SDR, or marketing roles within SaaS, HR Tech, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and penetrate large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and adapt quickly.
