Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced construction project manager to lead our interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in managing commercial interiors projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover. They will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and coordinate site inspections, quality control checks, and progress meetings
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, cost estimates, and progress updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial interiors
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
