Job Title: Construction Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the management of construction contracts. As a Construction Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate project documentation from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with contract conditions and employer requirements.
  • Identify changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and notify the employer accordingly.
  • Track submitted claims and prepare contractual justification documents.
  • Prepare contractual replies and requests for claim approval.
  • Update claim status and coordinate with the project team.
  • Prepare comprehensive EOT applications and substantiate with contemporary records.
  • Ensure all claims are substantiated with contract entitlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective cost management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in standard method of measurements.
  • Sound contracts administration and management skills.
  • Capable of monitoring cost control techniques.
  • Good project commercial management skills.
