Job Title: Director of Financial Strategy

Job Description:

As a seasoned financial leader, you will oversee the financial control and reporting functions to ensure accuracy and integrity. Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting will drive business success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining the General Ledger (GL) and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Monitoring internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

In the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will:

  • Develop and deliver financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide detailed analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Budgeting & Cost Control are critical components of your role, where you will:

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze costs to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with 8-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits, with strong contractor and vendor management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project monitoring, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
