This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop skills in month-end close, reconciliations, audit preparation, MIS reporting, regulatory filings, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

As a trainee, you will:

  • Support Month-End Close and Reconciliations: Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit preparation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Contribute to MIS Reporting and Regulatory Filings: Collaborate on Management Information System (MIS) reporting and regulatory filings to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate on Process Improvements and Strategic Initiatives: Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives that drive business results.

**Requirements:**

  • Cleared CA Intermediate: Candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate are preferred.
  • Eligible for Industrial Training: Eligibility for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines is required.
  • Proficient in Excel and Financial Concepts: Proficiency in Excel and basic financial concepts is essential.
  • Curious, Detail-Oriented, and a Strong Team Player: A curious, detail-oriented, and strong team player with excellent communication skills is required.
