About Our Opportunity

As a career coach, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of finance professionals.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with exceptional communication and persuasion skills to join our team as a financial services counselor. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with leads generated through various campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries. Your primary goal will be to understand learner goals and recommend suitable courses that can boost employability in finance.

You will also be required to pitch premium programs and certifications that enhance employability in finance, build strong rapport with clients via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups, and own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling. Additionally, you will need to be proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking.

What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking is essential.
  • A goal-driven individual with a passion for learner success.
