Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Specialist - Corporate Clients to join our team at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with corporate clients and offering insurance solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate clients, analyzing their risk profiles and creating compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Competencies Required:

- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Understanding of the insurance market, products, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, identifying long-term business opportunities and formulating effective strategies to achieve sales goals.

- Interpersonal skills, including building relationships, negotiating effectively, and presenting confidently to corporate clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or insurance broking beneficial.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales-related software.
