Job Title: Database Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Security: Implement and maintain database security by creating users, roles, and assigning privileges.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with Oracle Corporation for technical support and resolve critical issues.
  • Database Maintenance: Perform regular database maintenance activities such as tablespace management, datapump, and purging logfiles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and resolve performance issues including query response time and other related problems.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in database administration and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
