Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise software and be proficient in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization.

Responsibilities include developing efficient workflows and automations, understanding business needs, and configuring and customizing Zoho modules to meet the unique needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and effective communication.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Zoho Applications effectively.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho Applications, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization is essential.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software and its impact on operations is necessary.
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation is required.
