Personal Branding Coordinator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, creative teams, and strategists to deliver high-quality content on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to obtain inputs, approvals, and feedback on projects.
  • Managing timelines across content calendars, social media posts, and campaigns to meet deadlines.
  • Working closely with designers, writers, and editors to create engaging content that meets the client's needs.
  • Maintaining and updating project trackers, Google Sheets, and CRM tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting research and briefs for personal branding content creation.
  • Following up internally and externally to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Preparing reports on progress, engagement, and campaign updates to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear understanding among team members and clients.
  • Familiarity with Instagram and YouTube workflows is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, or CRM platforms to streamline project management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • A proactive mindset to anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate.
