Project Coordination Specialist

The Project Coordination Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

This role requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to navigate complex situations and ensure timely project delivery with high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and organized, possessing strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as being open to feedback and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Experience in the e-learning industry is necessary, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Develop comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication.
  • Oversee project budgets and track key metrics.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality adherence.
  • Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
  • Conduct team appraisals and identify training needs.
  • Prepare MIS reports for senior management.

Required Skills:

Qualifications
  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback and collaboration.
  • 5+ years of experience in the e-learning industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Wrike or other project management tools.

Key Responsibilities include delivering quality projects, leading cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and resources effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively are also required.
