**Fit-Out Project Manager Role Overview**

As a senior leadership professional, this role plays a pivotal part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models for premium clients.

This challenging position requires the ability to interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and controlling project plans - schedule, budget, resources; maintaining governance via change control and risk logs.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.
  2. Interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  3. Prepare and control project plans - schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  4. Coordinate internal/external stakeholders - clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  5. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes through regular site inspections.
  6. Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8-15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
