Job Title: Senior Project Delivery Lead

The role of a Senior Project Delivery Lead involves driving the end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple business areas.

This position requires effective management of resources, timelines, and quality standards while adhering to global project management and governance guidelines.

  • Lead complex projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives from initiation to closure, monitoring progress and preparing detailed reports on milestones and key metrics.
  • Analyze project economics to provide insights on cost-benefit and ROI, and develop and manage project budgets ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions and oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
