Project Manager Role

We are seeking a professional to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

About the Project

This is an opportunity to work on multiple projects from concept to completion, leading cross-functional teams and driving project lifecycle initiatives. As the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.

  • Project Leadership: Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control: Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
