Experienced Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior design professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients within the interior design sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, architects, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of interior design solutions to communicate value and meet client needs.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Conduct negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to align on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in interiors or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
