Education Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Education Sales Counselor. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and delivery targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and delivery targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our courses and products.
  • Manage day-to-day activities at the center, ensuring consistent performance and profitability.
  • Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing guidance on our courses and products.
  • Making calls to applicants who inquire through various sources, including Google AdWords and other portals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and streamline processes to make operations efficient in the center.
  • Promote consistent customer experience across the center, representing the overall brand experience.
  • Coordinate with Faculty members to ensure smooth functioning of classes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in counseling, handling sales in the education sector, preferably overseas education or recent Graduate/Post-Graduate student from a premier college.
  • Innovative and goal-oriented individuals with strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
