Front Office Associate
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This dynamic position requires an individual who is passionate about working with customers and Guests to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
- Provide prompt and attentive service, actively seeking opportunities to drive Guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain open communication channels, sharing feedback and insights to enhance overall performance.
- Manage and resolve Guest complaints promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel facilities, services, and local events, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Advise the team on special events, VIP Guests, and other important information, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of the hotel and local area, staying informed about daily event schedules and updates.
- Attend regular Front Office meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and align goals.
- Adhere to fire, health, and safety regulations, following established procedures and protocols.
- Promote sustainability and environmentally conscious practices throughout your role and interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and Guests.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent grooming standards, presenting a professional image at all times.
- Flexibility to respond to changing work situations, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- High level of IT proficiency, with experience using various software applications and systems.
