Job Title: Academic Operations SpecialistAre you passionate about curriculum development and implementation? Do you have a knack for process optimization and quality assurance?We are seeking an experienced Academic Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of curriculum across programs, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement curriculum standards and guidelines to support seamless delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance curriculum deployment and maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards across all curriculum materials.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with curriculum development, technical teams, and teaching staff to ensure aligned execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key operational metrics to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Customization & Alignment: Support in tailoring curriculum for specific academic programs in collaboration with universities, ensuring alignment with their educational standards.
  • Credit & Course Negotiation: Support the process of aligning courses with academic credit policies of partner universities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence of the curriculum to national and regional standards under guidance.
  • Academic Approvals Coordination: Coordinate with university representatives to facilitate course approval processes.
  • Partnership Management: Maintain regular communication with university stakeholders to support curriculum integration into academic programs.
