Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Academic Operations Coordinator to support our academic operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive before classes to set up equipment and ensure everything is working properly
  • Distribute class materials and handouts on time, maintaining accurate records if required
  • Support invigilation of both online and offline tests, ensuring a smooth experience for students
  • Maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms and common areas, promoting a positive learning environment
  • Assist faculty in running sessions smoothly, providing AV support and basic tech troubleshooting as needed
  • Coordinate with the IT or operations team in case of equipment or software issues, resolving problems efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of classrooms before and after sessions, ensuring a professional appearance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduation from an accredited institution
  • Freshers welcome; prior experience in academic operations or education sector preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets), with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to handle routine technical issues, including AV setup and minor troubleshooting
  • Professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to excellence in all endeavors
