Job Title:
Academic Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Academic Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum planning: Work closely with teaching staff to design, revise, and implement an effective curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to student needs.
  • Event management: Coordinate school events, from annual functions and sports days to educational fairs, to ensure they are executed smoothly and align with the school's objectives.
  • Staff coordination: Facilitate communication between departments, offer guidance to teachers, and ensure harmonious team dynamics.
  • Resource allocation: Ensure the optimal use of resources, from textbooks and digital tools to classroom allocations, to help run the institution efficiently.
  • Organisational abilities: Manage multiple tasks, from event planning and curriculum design to staff coordination, requiring impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Leadership: Guide teams, drive initiatives, and ensure the school's vision is upheld, demanding strong leadership qualities.
  • Problem-solving: Identify issues and craft effective solutions promptly, given the dynamic nature of schools.
