Job Title: Oracle Technical Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Technical Developer to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing various database instances and implementations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement database requirements
  • Participate in code reviews and identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues
  • Review and provide feedback on final user documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-based solutions
  • Accurately estimate development timelines and monitor production issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP with exposure to SQL/PLSQL, Forms, Reports, workflow, and Discoverer
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to work from within IT and with the business
  • Team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, rollouts, and support projects
  • Strong knowledge of global enterprise enablement/customizations
  • Basic Java/OAF knowledge
